In 1987, ERENAV was a relatively small company. Things have certainly changed since then. Today, we operate shipyards located in three distinct regions along the Algerian coast—EAST, CENTER, and WEST—ensuring the very best service to our clients wherever they may be. I will therefore lead our entrepreneurial endeavors firmly along the path to success, building upon the milestones we have already achieved in our national and international expansion, accompanied by the broad dissemination of our products and services across an ever-widening array of markets, made virtually limitless by the growth of shipbuilding—a cause I champion wholeheartedly as head of our company. It has surely escaped no one that the economic climate has slowed down significantly, casting even the world’s strongest economies and healthiest businesses into uncertainty. Nor can we ignore the fact that our own sector has been affected by the pervasive gloom spreading from adjacent industries—a challenging period of consolidation that I must now confront. I will spare no effort to ensure the prosperity of our company’s projects despite global adversity, and I shall find no rest until I have safeguarded the interests of each and every one of my colleagues and employees who have shown me friendship and trust, and who have credited me with the qualities essential to preserving our shared legacy. Adopting the prudent mindset of a responsible steward, I am committed to systematically diversifying into emerging markets and redeploying our resources toward new profit centers, thereby transforming our enterprise into a model of resilience against the economic upheavals that have shaken global economies. We must always remember—and continually reaffirm—that our company has successfully combined mastery of its traditional expertise with strategic expansion into new markets, thanks to our relentless efforts and unwavering dedication.
